Report Writer: QR code is not clickable on the PDF cover page

On the PDF cover page there's a QR code that says "Scan or click QR code to view HTML report". But it is not clickable. Can you make it clickable please?

Because, if I'm viewing the PDF report on a computer web browser screen I cannot scan the QR code.

What software or application are you using to view the PDF?
Have you experienced this issue with other PDF files or just this one?
Would you prefer the QR code to open in a specific application or browser when clicked?

My default browser is Safari so that would make sense.
