We have been using the report writer basically since it was launched, and overall, it has been going very well. Perhaps these are features that got implemented down the road and I missed them, but it would be nice to have these couple extra things
- Have the ability to have a comment pre-selected and standard in every report. I understand you can put in stuff on the information section and it is in every report however I want certain comments that are used in 95% of the reports pre-selected, but I have the ability to un click them and change if they are not relevant to that specific report for example we have bedroom ceilings that are totally fine and we want the default setting to be able to use our normal comment, but be able to switch to a damaged ceiling comment by just clicking off instead of having to go through and delete a standard message through the information section
- I think spellcheck and typing errors when creating a new comment on the go is very difficult. I think improving the AI or just the spellcheck and word correction would be greatly appreciated. Some sections appear to pick up on spelling and grammar errors better than others. But when typing a new comment, spell check/autocorrect never seems to work.
- Have an option to hide your comment headers in the report. For example, the header might say wood maintenance and then the comment goes on to describe what kind of maintenance and how to follow up with the action. But in the report, it does say wood maintenance, which is kind of awkward when reading in the report, it would be nice to just not have the headings show up in the report just the color and then your actual comment.

Ability to disable/enable comment headers

We would like to be able to disable/enable comment headers from appearing on the final report, not the report writer. This way, we could see them while building the report, but clients will not see them, and that way the report comments would not seem redundant, as the text in the header is repeated in the comment.

Auto-Corrector for the mobile report writer

It is difficult to type on a mobile device with keyboards being so small, so I often make mistakes, and having an auto-corrector, auto-correct my spelling would save me a lot of time.

Pre-selected comments

We would like the ability to preselect comments in the template, so that they are displayed automatically in every single report. And the ability to unselect them if we want to remove them from a particular report while doing the inspection.
