- What specific metrics or criteria would you like to see included for selling agents in the performance reports?
- How do you currently use agent performance reports, and how would including selling agents improve your experience?
- Are there any specific challenges or issues you've faced due to the exclusion of selling agents in the current performance reports?

With all the data I input into ISN why are the reports so limited. I should be able to build a custom report on absolutely any field, e.g. 'selling agent'. You cripple my ability to fully assess data and performance. It's a database, please give me access to intelligently pull my data. It's 2025 for God's sake. Do better.
