Reset automated emails and texts when rescheduling inspections

When a scheduled date for inspection changes it would be great to re-set the dates of emails and sms text so they will send again later automatically. It looks like right now the only way to do that is re-order the inspection but that is not easy when there is a payment already made by the customer.

ISN Product Management 1. Often the dates of inspections will need to change due to client request or access issues. I would say this happens on 3-6 inspection per month. Usually, we will change the date of the inspection rather that re-ordering due to a payment being received on the original order.
- If the original date changes and automated emails or texts have already been sent then then those emails will not be sent within the new time frames (example: reminder of inspection or reminder to pay invoice or inspection date and time) If I want the emails to be sent I have to manually send.
- If I re-order the inspection then I have to contact ISN Support to transfer the payment to a new order. - this is a process and takes time.
