We occasionally get a request to amend/change a report (add a detail, tweak a comment or rating). ISN desktop does a great job of updating to the latest version and keeping old version available so it can be seen by the office/inspector if there were changes etc.
Concern is that client could save/print a first copy, then request change, then save/print latest and the two reports would look very similar (except for whatever the change is.
We also send DRAFT versions of our commercial reports to clients to preview, then finalize the report. Current workaround is to make the address "Draft 123 Any St" for the draft, then amend address to "123 Any St" for the final report.
Suggestions/Asks:
  1. Would be great to have a DRAFT option (watermark or header/footer) - cover and ALL pages
  2. Would be ideal to have option for a version or report time/date (cover AND header footer of all pages). Note this date can/may be different than the date of the report (on cover) as reports are sometimes uploaded/completed following day
