Multiple Clients in ISN Report Writer
C
Carol Toeller
I love the ability to add a second client when scheduling an inspection. However, when using ISN Report Writer, only the first Client's name shows up in the report and only the first client's email comes up when sending the report. The only way around this is to enter both clients as one client.
Ex. FIRST NAME: Susie Customer &
LAST NAME: John Partner
EMAIL: First@email.com, Second@email.com
Are there any plans to fix this?
Thank you.

It was confirmed that it is only set up to use the first/primary client to display on the report, but did say they recommend submitting the ability to add the secondary client to display on the report is a great feature suggestion to submit to the team to have made possible.
To submit a feature suggestion, click on Help>Submit a Feature Suggestion, and the page that loads will be the form to fill out to submit your feedback/suggestion to improve the product. If they have any questions, they'll reply to your feedback and all of that now as well.

Thank you for posting, John Maxon CPBC 47615! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the secondary client's information being displayed in the report?
- What specific information about the secondary client do you think should be included in the report?
- How frequently do you encounter situations where including the secondary client's information in the report would be beneficial?

- Either use the Display name option line from ISN OR Prim Client first last 'and' Secondary Client first last....
- Expect it may very between companies/preference however for us the legal (minimum) requirements are:
(e)the report includes the following:
(i)the consumer's name and address; (JM = I think just the primary client/ single address is sufficient)
(ii)the licensee's name and, if different, the name under which the licensee carries on business;
iii)the licensee's business address and, if different, the licensee's mailing address;
(iv)the licensee's licence number, telephone number and, if applicable, fax number and email address;
(v)the address of the property inspected;
(vi)the date of the home inspection.
- You can verify by looking in ISN data however 1/3 to 1/2 would be my guess.

Hiya Carol Toeller, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how often you encounter situations where you need to add more than one client?
- Are there any specific fields you would like to see for the second client in the ISN Report Writer?
- Can you share any specific scenarios where the current setup has caused issues or inconveniences?

- 30% to 40% percent of our clients are two buyers.
- I would like the name, phone number and email for both buyer's to show up in the report and on the page where you email out the report.
- Every time there are two buyers I have to enter them both as one client so they will both show up in the report. My question is, What is the point of being able to enter two clients into an ISN order if only one of them is going to show up in the report and on the page to email out the report?
