See Available Appts on Online Scheduler before entering personal info

Change the online schedular so the first thing someone enters is the size and age of the home, which then takes you to available appts for the Realtor or Client to choose from, before they have to enter any personal information. My Realtors and Cients need to see when I am available before going through all the effort to book the inspection.

I can't believe this comment was left in 2012 and this STILL hasn't happened. This would make such a huge difference! I agree with others, that this change seems so intuitive I don't understand why it hasn't been changed.

I believe this is an important request but I also believe that we should require the property address, size and age of the home before availability is shown as often availability is contingent upon location for many companies.

We are losing business and referral agents because they have to go through the entire process just to find out that we have no availability for them. Further, we used to have the easiest and best way for agents to book us and now we look like a bunch of clowns. Especially since the change happened without even so much as a notification. I have made several calls to your team to voice my frustration, no follow up, not even an email. Your system was awesome and provided us with everything we need, right up until the unnecessary changes in booking. I even have a video that I purchased to show agents how easy it was to book and now I can throw that away. This has to change or we'll be forced to look elsewhere. Frustrated!

I want to add my my 3 votes to this change in the online scheduler. By far the biggest complaint we receive. I would add that entering the address with the zip should also come first in order for the buyer/agent to see which inspectors service that area. Then display the inspectors' availability. It's been 4 years that this suggestion has been out there. Hopefully, it will be under consideration soon!!!

We solved this problem. If you use google calendar, the solution is easy. Check out our website.
Because we cover a large area and have multiple services, we caution that actual availability depends on travel distance and service type.

If a real estate agent is sitting in their office with a buyer and they are talking about scheduling the home inspection it would be amazing for them to be able to open the app and see our availability at a glance - the very first thing. Date and time availability is often the most crucial factor they need to know FIRST. I have heard this request from multiple agents.

This is available in the Agent mobile app. 1st screen is to choose your inspector, the 2nd screen allows them to choose a day and see which time slots are open. This should be available on the online order as well. It's obvious they can do that since we have the availability in the agent app.
