See pricing and availability before having to put in contact info

Currently the options are seeing the availability BEFORE inputting the address info or at the very end AFTER filling in the client and agent contact information.
The issue with before is that it doesn't filter the schedule based on location, so if you have a property in MD but only one inspector is licensed in MD, you're still seeing availability for all inspectors. Or if the address is more than x miles away from the previous/subsequent inspection it will still show that time slot as available, giving the client incorrect information.
This issue with after is that we see clients fill in the address and then stop--it seems they don't want to go through the hassle of putting in all their contact info and their agent's contact info just to see if we even have availability in the timeframe they need. Which, yeah I wouldn't do that either. But it's visibly costing us business, and we are unable to reach out to these clients to see if we can help them schedule since we don't have their contact info.
This has clearly been an issue for YEARS. Please, I'm begging you. Please fix it.
