Sent Email template viewing

I think it would be beneficial to have the ability to view previously sent email templates. This would help catch any potential issues—such as incorrect dates being populated in the %message% field—in cases where something may have been sent in error and not discovered until later.
While you can BCC yourself to see what was sent, if that step wasn’t taken there is currently no way to review the outgoing message unless the client, agent, or inspector replies to it.
Having visibility into sent templates would help prevent and quickly resolve issues like this moving forward.
