Short Cut to Radon. Was very helpful before. Not so much now.

The new radon process is a bit tricky for us. We're used to being able to click on the pickup and make changes directly, but now we have to go back to the main order form. Adding notes for the pickup technician is important, and not having that quick access is making things difficult. Could you change it back

- Can you describe the specific steps you used to take in the previous process that you found helpful?
- What specific changes in the new process are causing the most difficulty for you?
- How often do you need to add notes for the pickup technician, and what type of information do you typically include?

- We could click on the Radon appointment. Click Edit and then in the Description box add the necessary notes for the pick up.
- Now you have to find the original order. Go into it. Click edit. Click on the Radon Tab. Find the radon you need. Click edit. Click Description. Then add info.
- At least 2 days a week with the average radon pickups on those days being 6 and then on Wednesday with 3.
Notes include the access, occupancy, Date of inspection, and if it was cleared with the listing agent to pick up.
