Simplify Approved Services in User Profiles

If a service cannot actually be performed, it should not appear as an option within the inspectors' 'approved services' checkboxes. Currently, the services rely on the 'public name,' so adding the word "LABEL" in front of a name doesn’t help unless I want clients to see it in the Online Scheduler — which I don’t.
To avoid confusion between services and labels, please remove any "labels" from being selectable checkboxes within user profiles.
Example:
We have a "Water Testing" label that appears in the Online Scheduler. However, this label sometimes gets incorrectly selected as an approved service. In reality, the specific water test (e.g., "Radon Water Test," "Standard Water Test") should be chosen instead. Removing labels from the checkbox options would eliminate this issue.

Great to hear your perspective, DaNay Ross! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide a list of all labels that are currently causing confusion in the Online Scheduler?
- Are there any specific services that should always remain as selectable options, even if they are sometimes mislabeled?
- How often do you encounter issues with labels being incorrectly selected as approved services?

- Clarification on the Issue
The confusion isn’t within the Online Scheduler—it’s within the user profiles. Labels that appear in the Online Scheduler should not populate within user profiles as selectable options. Here are additional examples of labels causing issues, beyond the "Water Testing" example mentioned earlier (see attached photo):
"Did you complete the initial mold inspection with..."
"Inspection Services:"
"Radon:" (see photo)
"New Construction Packages"
- What Should Be Displayed
Only actual services (e.g., "Ancillary Service" or "Service") should appear in user profiles—not labels (see photo).
- Frequency of the Issue
This happens often. I’ve attached a photo of the excel sheet that tracks the services currently marked for each inspector within ISN. The red columns indicate labels, and all the "x" marks show labels that were incorrectly selected in place of the actual service (keep in mind that is not all of the labels, just the few that fit in the screenshot)
