In SMS events it would be fantastic if we could have email replies go directly to the home inspector that is on the particular order. For my situation I am sending SMSs to get a response to see if clients and their agents plan on attending the inspection. The office email will get all replies since I do not want to add all of our inspectors to receive those emails. It would confuse them since there is limited info on the replies. It only shows a telephone number and then they would have to search their orders to see if the reply was for them and from which inspection. Hope that makes sense. I am posting an example of the SMS email template I am preparing for your reference.
Hello %clientsfirstname%. %inspectordisplayname% is en route for the home inspection at %orderaddress1%. It is important for us to know if you plan on attending the inspection.
Please reply with:
(1) I will be attending
(2) I will NOT be attending
(3) I am unsure / would like a call from the inspector before departure.

ISN Product Management 1. That is totally out of my scope. Is there someway to direct the response to the home inspector that is on each particular outgoing email since I do have the inspectors info pop in for each email letting client/agent know who their inspector is?
