I would like to request improvements to ISN’s messaging features for both agents and clients.

Under the Agents tab, I can select multiple agents and send a message, but I can only use a text template and cannot attach an image.

Under the SMS tab, I can attach an image, but I must manually enter every phone number. I cannot select agents or clients already saved in ISN.

It would be extremely helpful to select multiple agents or clients from their existing ISN records, choose or create a message, attach a PNG or JPG image, and send everything together without manually entering each phone number.

This would make it much easier to send company announcements, service information and marketing materials to existing contacts.
