SMS Radon Events

The ISN system should support additional Radon SMS events. Currently, it is limited to two—one for pickup and one for drop-off—but there is a need to allow as many as required, either by enabling users to create them directly within the SMS events section or through a one-click option in the SMS settings, similar to the current setup.
