Summary Organization

Trying to make reports more concisive and fluid for clients/agents, I would like to add the feature where amongst the summary all items are organized via the flag ratings associated within the inspectors report. This allows for easier reading for those who want to see the items in a grouping as well. I am being asked this by multiple clients and agents and in order to ensure their content with utilizing my services as a home inspector I hope to have this investigated and possibly written into the program as soon as possible.

Enhanced Control Over Summary Display in ISN RW

Submitted on behalf of user - The user would like to submit a feature request regarding the current behavior of the summary view in ISN RW. As it stands, the summary displays items based on report category/item order rather than by flag color or priority level.
The request is to give inspectors more control over what information appears in the summary and how it is organized. Specifically, the user suggests allowing the summary to be sorted by flag color (or attention level) instead of by category/item. This would provide a clearer, more focused view, especially for agents who primarily want to quickly identify areas of concern.
The user referenced the former "Inspect It" software, which had a similar summary layout sorted by flag severity, and noted that it worked very well in practice.

I am in complete agreement, and so are the realtors/ clients. They want to know, at a glance, which items are considered urgent, and which ones are simply general notes/ maintenance items.
