On the TREC Property Inspection Report Form, on page 3 there is a section titled "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INSPECTOR". That section is supposed to be editable where an inspector can add additional comments per TREC. You template does not allow me to add comments to this section. I can only add comments per report. I want the option to add these comments to the actual report writer template so these comments will always show up by default. Please fix this feature.

The additional information section typically includes additional information such as a service agreement/inspection contract or contractual terms between the inspector or additional information about the scope of an inspection. TREC approves such information to be added in this section. Attached is examples of the type of information added to this section.
This info is typically included on every report and doesn’t need to be edited regularly. However, it should be able to be changed/edited whenever information needs to be updated.

- Can you provide an example of the type of comments you would like to add to the 'ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INSPECTOR' section?
- Are there any specific guidelines or restrictions on the content that can be added to this section, as per TREC?
- Would you like the ability to edit these default comments for each report, or should they remain constant across all reports?
