Text formatting is lost/changed when pasting from other sources

When copied from another source, such as government-provided documentation regarding home inspection requirements or other publications, web sites, Word Docs, PDFs, etc, etc, the formatting is almost invariably changed or lost when pasting into an "Introductory Text" or "Information" field in the Template Editor. This even occurs when pasting unformatted text, as in from Notepad or another source that does not embed formatting data.

Mchappell - we recently launched an update to our HTML toolbar that removes the formatting from text when pasted. It keeps simple formatting, but removes any of the extra document/tool specific feedback. This should be working much better for you now.

Thank you Mchappell. It is really challenging to handle copy and paste from other sources as there are always remnants of data that can come over and potentially break the report. That said, solving this is a high priority for us. I will keep you up to date as I have more details.
