I would like to be able to cc the buyers agent on my email events that go to my clients. It would be helpful for the agents to see what the client receives, in particular the payment options. And just to know the the clients are receiving pertinent info from me.

Yes, I just made this similar feedback. This would be very helpful for buyer agent AND sellers agent. We get questioned a lot by agents asking if the client also received the same email. The email events only allow one recipient, so we have to have multiple email events scheduled for the same event.

It would be nice to have a Carbon copy option in email events.
Example: right now I have to create a separate email event for appointment confirmations for each person. One for the client, one for buyer agent and one for seller agent.
I would like one email to go to the client and copy the agent no matter whether they are the buyers agent or sellers agent.

Hiya BarbaraTurner, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the carbon copy feature working in terms of user interaction?
- Are there any specific conditions under which the carbon copy feature should not be used?
- Would you like the carbon copy feature to be optional or mandatory for all email events?

Janaya Fix - Product Management carbon copy feature should be optional.
There can be a check box underneath the who to carbon copy box to select buyers agent and / sellers agent / insurance agent so on.
It would work the same way it does when clicking send email
