Could we arrange for the owner's information, contact info, inspection date, and address to be pre-populated from ISN? This will streamline our workflow by eliminating the need to switch between screens repeatedly. Also, Inspectors Information should be pre-populated as well on both forms. The mitigation form is missing the option to add the inspectors name, License Type & Number, Company & Phone. Please note attached screenshot

1) Owner and inspector details should populate automatically
2)Years and phone numbers should be manual entry and not dropdown. Scrolling through calender takes too long.
3)Picture rearranging is touchy and does not work well. Noticed in 4 Point.
4)The output reports are not crisp and clear. Very light.
5)There should be some dropdown options for picture descriptions instead of manual typing them. Either some standards or custom that are saved. Even the ability to write a description and be able to pick multiple pictures for that description would save time.
6) Attachments should automatically go as additional pages on Report and not as separate attachments. Even having the option of adding full page pictures as additional pages at the end of the Report would be good.
7) You should be able to print without having to publish. I had to take your output Reports, modify and send them to myself for PDF editing and then upload. See Order#: 4705-030224MT1
You are on the right track but the current takes way too much time. Other companies like Windsurance are much quicker. Would much rather use ISN if functional.

- The fields for customer, property and inspector for a scheduled inspection should automatically populate into the the forms from ISN.
- The PDF version looks like a scanned copy and not a new fresh PDF. You can see the Reports I generated in Order#:4705-030224MT1. You can compare them to Reports I generated with vendor Windsurance in Order#:4697-030124MT1
- Look at the Windsurance Reports in Order#:4697-030124MT1 to see the type of picture descriptions. I could provide a list of descriptions that would be helpful if you can add this functionality.

The Wind Mitigation and Four Point Form are the Florida insurance forms. The auto population info should be the Client name, address, home year, date inspected. Thanks
