Hello, we added improved search functionality to the Agency dropdown in the Agent profile. We released the update yesterday, so hopefully it works well for you! Thank you all for suggesting this improvement.

When adding an agent to ISN, having to use the drop down is time consuming. In would like to see the drop down driven by starting to spell the agency such as typing in col... will take you directly to the portion of the list that starts with col. Adding letters gets you closer, until you hit the right location. This would expedite the process

When you Count on information in ISN to get through your day and the information is wrong it is painful. Twice as painful because you now have to search out the correct information needed. Updating would be on my top ten wish list.
