Updating Payroll

I was needing to change the amount the inspectors get paid for a certain ancillary, pool to be exact. I asked if someone there could help by just changing the pool from $50 to $75 on each of the inspectors faster than myself going in one at a time. They said they could only copy from inspector to inspector the whole payroll. That didn't work for me since our inspectors get paid different percentages on different things. So I had to go in one by one and update the pool part on the payroll. If we were a bigger company that would have been a big pain. Luckily we aren't big yet and I could do it quickly but nonetheless it was still time consuming and seems like there could be a better solution.

It would be easier if somehow we could change things simultaneously between inspectors. So maybe somehow you could check mark which inspector you want to change and then check the item you want to change such as pool and put the amount they get paid and it change for all those who you check marked. Also currently after each change you make per inspector you have to save rather than changing multiple items for that one inspector and hitting save for everything. Also when adding a new inspector it would be easier if we could copy another inspector like you are able to or as I mentioned about put in all information and then save all at once not per item.
