Upload Leads issue

Hi! I requested leads to be uploaded on mass from a recent expo we did with our franchise owners. I actually sent this request across 19 different franchises and opened 19 separate tickets. I gave excel files for each containing the leads in the format I was told to put them in.
I recognize that it may take some time to upload these leads. I'm very likely missing crucial context surrounding the reasons why it took so long for these tickets to be completed. I started all tickets on 8/28. Today is 9/23. There were still 4 that we were waiting on to be complete when the day started. Luckily it is down to 1 now.
Frustratingly, there has been some issues with the upload as well. ht-dblankenship had 7 different agent labels when only 1 was requested. I was told ht-northorlando leads were uploaded when at the time they were not. 
I have to believe the data entry process for this must be more complicated than it seems. The length of time it took and the mistakes made are quite frustrating. I would have uploaded all of the leads manually one-by-one myself if I knew it was going to take 26+ days to do it this way. I don't want to overshadow the fact that ISN support has been fantastic and nothing short of exceptional for our company 99% of the time! The support staff on the tickets themselves were great! 
In the future, I suggest giving an estimated time to complete, so we know whether or not to pursue mass uploading contacts.
