When uploading additional URL based reports to the portal not as additional attachments, only option is to add as the main report and this causes all previous reports to become "public" selection to go RED (unchecked) can this be turned off or optional to be used or turned off.

The function is an old fail safe for uploading amended reports. Most software today uses a link that stay the same after updating reports. This makes the function old, obsolete and unnecessary.

It is inconvenient to inspectors and clients when an additional report is added and it is the only report visible because the system unchecked all other reports: Sewer, Mold, Radon, Pest, WDO, Pool, ETC...

Please advise if this can be removed as this is affecting many of your clients and often upsets the clients and real estate agents when other reports are no longer accessible in the portal.
