Urgent Support / Critical Bug: Selecting an inspection redirects to older report instead of opening

Dear Palmtech Support Team,
I am writing to report an urgent routing and workflow issue in Palmtech Complete when trying to access and write an inspection report on my computer.
Issue Description
Yesterday, after completing an on-site inspection, I logged into Palmtech Complete on my computer to finish writing and deliver the report to my client and agent.
However, every time I selected yesterday’s inspection to open and edit it, Palmtech Complete automatically redirected and opened an older inspection that I had created the day before yesterday.
Troubleshooting Attempted & Risky Workaround
I attempted multiple times to back out, reopen, and select yesterday's inspection, but the system repeatedly forced open the older inspection instead.
I tried opening another Google Chrome window/tab to access it, but that did not resolve the issue.
Fortunately, the older inspection that kept opening was only a free/sample practice report. Because I had to deliver yesterday's report to my paying client and agent without further delay, I took the risk of deleting that sample report entirely from my account.
Only after deleting that prior report did the system finally allow me to open and edit yesterday's inspection.
Current Status & Urgency
It has been suggested that this could be related to an aggressive browser session cache locking onto a previous report URL/token, with potential workarounds including using an Incognito/Private window or clearing Chrome site data/cookies for Palmtech. I have not had the chance to test these steps yet.
It is currently early morning here in California, and I have two on-site inspections scheduled today (at 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM). I cannot risk completed client inspection reports getting locked out or misrouted this afternoon/evening when writing and delivering them.
What I Need From Support
Please check my account logs and backend routing to determine why Palmtech Complete mapped to the older report instead of the one I clicked.
Confirm if this is an identified bug with browser session caching, mobile-to-cloud syncing, or report ID routing.
Provide the verified fix so this does not recur after my inspections today.

Gemini show me to solve this problem this way, but I haven't try yet: Quick Incognito Test: Open Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N (or Cmd + Shift + N on Mac), log into complete.palmtech.com, and verify that clicking different existing reports routes directly to the correct property without getting stuck.
Clear Site Data (Takes 10 seconds): If you stay in your standard Chrome window, click the lock/settings icon directly to the left of the URL bar (complete.palmtech.com), select Cookies and site data -> Manage on-device site data, click the trash icon next to palmtech.com, and refresh the page.
