When using media files from the side bar, I think it would be helpful if there where some type of indicator added to the picture to let the user know that the picture has already been used in the report, and where.

Thank you for posting, Tprosser! I have a few more questions for you:

Can you provide more details on how you envision the indicator to look or function?
In what scenarios do you find yourself needing to know if a picture has been used before?
Would you find it useful to have an option to filter or sort media files based on their usage in reports?

Indicator could just be a check mark in the corner of the picture.
If I take a picture of an eave, and use it in the gutters section, but later think it would work as a soffit picture, now I have the same picture in my report twice.
The option to filter is there, and I do use it, but I have to set the filter every time I change the section page.
