Please add the ability to create and use email templates within the Inspection Report “Send Email” options. Our inspectors frequently send the same predefined Radon email for example to clients, but currently have to type it out each time or copy and paste from external sources. Having template functionality in this section would greatly improve efficiency and overall user experience.
