Web hooks to pull order status information to be displayed on the inspection grid

Can an Inspection Flag state be automatically updated based on the value of a custom dropdown control on the Order Form? For example, if our custom “Radon Status” control changes to “Picked Up,” we want the Radon Inspection Flag on the Scheduled Inspections grid to automatically change to “Picked Up.” If this cannot be done natively, is the Inspection Flag state writable through the ISN API or Web Hooks?
