- Can you provide more details on what information should be included in the Wood Destroying Insect reports?
- How frequently would you need to generate these reports?
- Would you like these reports to be downloadable or shareable with others?

Janaya Fix - Product Management You would need to find the forms per state. It would be great to be able to let inspectors fill these out in ISN and attach to inspection. We fill several of these out each day. For MARYLAND, we have to use the NPMA-33 Wood Destroying Insect Form
