Suggest being able to change the way the inspection & service "upgrade" options are displayed to clients? E.g. different colors and/or fonts to make this stand out more? Or have the dropdown automatically expanded to show options? Or a separate page / screen showing all possible upgrades prior to the signature link?

If someone uses the service or package upgrade button, It is helpful to be able to run a report to know how many people used it so we know if it's an effective tool or not.
