Several users have been requesting that the native app and report writer support a 100% offline mode. Currently, they face issues where they are unable to complete reports without risking job progress loss, experiencing app freezing problems, or sudden logouts.

It would be great if we were able to enable the flash when using the camera from ISN RW, instead of taking the pictures from the camera device and then uploading it in ISN RW.

The ISN UI says it accepts GA4 measurement ID but it gets published to the scheduler page as the old UA code so the analytics account is not receiving any tracking data.

Problem: Before when generating an inspector earnings report, the "print report" option was available. Example: With the addition of the larger reports being delivered via email, the report can no longer be printed as a PDF and instead the report is only delivered in a CSV file. Suggested solution: Deliver both PDF and CSV files via email or include the option to choose which option is delivered.

It would be nice to see which clients have selected the Flex Fund Option when viewing the inspection schedule order grid screen

It would be nice to remove the pop up saying the order qualifies for flex fund without having to disable flex fund entirely. Sort of like hiding the FlexFund service from the OS, it would be nice to be able to turn off the pop up references to flexfund.

I thought I had been sending SMS messages to Clients but just noticed that the check box under their phone numbers has been defaulting to "unchecked" so I don't think they've been getting their SMS messages. Chris suggested I submit this ticket.
