We would like to be able to edit work order notes that already exist, rather than just crossing them out and making another note. This makes the work order longer when printing.

We send a copy of every email we generate back to ourselves. Currently on "send an email template" we manually add us in as a CC. In "email events" there is a setting to automatically set a BCC but not in the "send an email template. I would love to see this BCC auto setting option added to "send and email template".

Please use realtor.com instead of zillow.com in validating the subject address. Zillow is not an accurate place to search and verify listing information. Thank you!

This is highly inconvenient when running pay roll if i have a 16 day pay period. Please allow up to 31 days? or more? Please!

Currently, if I select a REI 7-6 TREC report writing template, I cannot remove that template and switch to another template. For example, if I accidentally selected the REI 7-6 TREC template, but really meant to select my Commercial Inspection template, I would have to delete the current order, create a completely new order just to select another template which is ridiculous. The prompt states "I cannot remove the TREC template without adding another template". However, when I try to add another template and then remove the 7-6 TREC template, it says "I cannot add another template with a 7-6 TREC template". Please have the engineers fix this issue. I should be able to freely select and then remove or choose a different report writing templates.

When comments are added on the mobile app during an inspection, they should automatically be synced to the associated template to be saved permanently

An idea to pass on to the report writer team: When a user makes on the fly changes to the report template or a narrative while writing the report, there should come up options on what to do with those changes, how to save them. A window should appear that gives you these options: “save to this report only“ “ Save to template permanently“. This would give the user options to easily save narratives or template changes they plan to use in the future.yes, if you could also pass along the need for more streamlined editing of photos, especially regarding drawing arrows. Also default colors and fonts for text so we don’t have to choose a new one for each photo. I’m not sure if you have access to other companies report writers, but inspector nexus has a pretty good example of a decent photo editor.

Would it be possible to decrease the amount of time it takes for ISN to sync with Google calendar? It currently takes 30-60 minutes for ISN to sync with Google calendar at which time an alternate employee may look at the schedule in Google calendar and think that day is open. I have been manually using the limited sync through the tools drop down each time an inspection is added, but one less step and instant sync would be nice. Thank you

Some companies offer additional services such as radon and mold test as stand-alone services. Would like to be able to create individual order forms for stand-alone services.

Can you please change the default color setting for the picture editor to white color font instead? This color shows up better on pictures and is also the default color on your sister company Palmtech. If you cannot change the color to white as default, then can you at least adjust the picture editor to where when I select the font color to white font, it stay like that even when I switch to another picture to edit. Currently, the recent change you made allows me to change the color and it will stay that same color however ONLY is I'm editing the same picture. If I switch to another picture to edit, the font color defaults back to black font again. Please let me know if you need a further explanation.
