Problem: The Mileage Estimate tool does not currently allow users to generate a mileage report for an entire year. To retrieve mileage information, users have to go to Tools → My Mileage Estimate, select a month, select the year, choose the inspector, click View, then Calculate, and finally Download the report. This process has to be repeated separately for every month, which can be time-consuming, especially for users who need a full-year mileage report for tax purposes, accounting, or annual calculations. Example: If an inspector needs their total mileage for 2026 to prepare their taxes, they currently have to generate and download 12 separate monthly reports and manually combine the information. Suggestion: Add an option to generate mileage reports by year, or allow users to select a custom date range. This would make it much easier to retrieve annual mileage totals and reduce the number of steps required, especially for tax and accounting purposes.

We're trying to set up a Zapier integration to pull order data (specifically a custom Order Info field, "Referral Reasons") via the ISN REST API, using our Access Key and Secret Access Key. Endpoint tested: https://goisn.net/sunbeltinspections/rest/order/{id} , and also the simpler https://goisn.net/sunbeltinspections/rest/me Auth method: Basic Auth (Access Key as username, Secret Access Key as password), tested via both Zapier's native Basic Auth field and a manually base64-encoded Authorization header - same result both times. Error received on every attempt, including the simple /rest/me endpoint: "You must login to use this service (username received: '' - password had 0 characters)" This suggests the credentials aren't reaching ISN's auth layer at all when sent via Zapier's Webhooks step, even though the request structure matches your documented example (https://[domain]/[company]/rest/...) exactly. Could your Development team confirm whether ISN's API currently supports authentication from tools like Zapier, or advise on the correct request format? Company key: sunbeltinspections

Currently, we have integrated ISN with our Zoho CRM. Whenever a new agent is created or an existing agent is updated in ISN, we sync the data with our CRM. We are using the ISN ID as the unique key for each agent. Just to give you some additional context, our integration currently calls the ISN API every 2 hours. Our main requirement is to understand how the agent profile merge process works in ISN so that we can replicate the same behavior in our CRM. For example, when two or more agent profiles are merged in ISN: 1.Does ISN create a completely new agent profile with a new ISN ID? Or does ISN retain one of the existing profile/ISN IDs and merge the other profiles into it? What happens to the profiles/IDs that are merged into the retained profile? How can we identify through the API that a merge has occurred and determine which profile/ISN ID should be considered the primary record? Currently, when an agent profile is merged in ISN, the API payload we receive contains the key "Show" = "No". We would like to understand the exact behavior and logic behind this when a merge occurs. This will help us determine how we should handle the same scenario in Zoho CRM and ensure that our CRM records remain properly synchronized with ISN.

Is it possible to get numbers on the content page of the report? Being able to reference a page number when reviewing a report with a client would be helpful.

Would like to be able to CC or send an email event to multiple recipients all in one email. Our agents receive a follow up email reminder regarding their client not signing the contract yet, the client receives one as well, but the agents think that we only send it to them and not the client because we cannot CC client or send to multiple people in one email. It would be helpful if we can add the client AND the seller/buyer agent to the same email so the agent can see the client also received the same email from us. The current email event settings only allow you to make one recipient selection per email event.

When scheduling a RED order, the agents I work with need to be able to easily specify if they would like a radon test included. Please add an option that allows which services are being requested to be added during the order.

Afternoon Diego, This is Mark King – I own King Home Inspections – won’t get in your and Katie’s business here too much – but what annoys me is – when a realtor or buyer schedules an inspection through the On Line Scheduler – that day/time and inspector is recorded in the ISN calendar – that’s great – but, if the inspection gets cancelled or moved to a different day and time – there is no way for the realtor / buyer to go back into the scheduler and erase the initial entry of the day / time / or inspector from the calendar – the only option they are given through ISN is “start over” – which doesn’t erase the day/time and inspector from the calendar – it still shows that day/time and inspector as taken - this leaves a HUGE opportunity for us to go a property for an inspection that no longer exists – and, if we are fortunate enough the realtor makes Katie aware the initial inspection has been moved – Katie now has to go into the calendar and manually make the changes and make the inspector available – it seem logical to me the software should have an option or function where the realtor / buyer can go back to the scheduler and “cancel’ the initial inspection and the software would erase it from the calendar – I hope this is clear – Katie and I have spoken about this so she will be able to fill in any questions you might have – The software has been awesome – Katie was the person who introduced us to the ISN software and it has helped us tremendously – but, what I consider a flaw has been an annoyance and clean up duty for Katie since we started using the software – Thanks for your time and I hope this helps 😊

is it possible to add a "duplicate" option to multiple days for available time slots? It is very tedious to manually enter time slots for each day.

I would like the option for certain "reminder" emails to be automatically put on hold if an order is taken within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time. Vs having to remember to go mark the email events manually "on hold".
