Presently I can review my inspections for the past 3 weeks as well as the past 3 months on the mobile app, but I can not look at my numbers for the current month. It would be more helpful to me to be able to look at the current month at any given time, not just 3 weeks back.

App needs to work as if he leaves the new inspection mid creation, and closes the app, inspectors should be able to continue filling the information without being kicked out or forced to create a new inspection.

I’m just wondering what the chances are of y’all getting the send payment request function onto the app/mobile instead of having to go into the desktop view to do that? That would be awesome to have it on the mobile view!

My teams are using the mobile ISN more than the desktop version these days. When sending email templates they are used to being able to send quickly to Buyer, Buyer's Agent and the office account by checking boxes or clicking that option. The mobile app appears to be limited to only the Buyers/Sellers Agent and Buyer via easy clicking. If they want to CC themselves or the office account they must manually type the email address. Can we make this with similar options to the desktop version?

Glenn: Re: the revised mobile app... with old app, I was able to view past, current, and upcoming inspections by just scrolling on one screen... unless I'm missing something, I don't see that on the revised app Support replies… You are correct, in the new ISN App, only your to come inspections will be shown. You may move back and forth in the calendar, yet will not have them listed Glenn: my opinion… I don’t have time to search for an inspection on a weekly calendar… that includes all the non-inspection notes... especially when I’m out in the field and and realtor is asking about a past inspection… can ISN offer two mobile apps... the old one and the new one … and let the inspectors choose what mobile app works best for them?

Choosing a time for an order should involve two boxes where you can select the start and end times. This would make entering the time in the order quicker and more straightforward, as opposed to displaying all the time slots, as shown in the attached screenshot. We recognize that the app currently shows time in blocks based on the default duration set up in Office Settings. However, not every order lasts for that default duration, so users should be able to freely choose the start and end times for the inspection.

The user expressed frustration due to the limitation in the native app, which does not permit the sending of the report delivery page link. It only enables sending the report link to the client when utilizing the built-in report writer. However, if an alternative report writer is used, there is no option available to share the report link with the user through email or SMS.

Consider the ability to have a "single-click" SMS trigger from the mobile app that would allow inspectors to send the listing agent a notification letting them know that the inspection is completed and that the homeowners are welcome to return home.

On the mobile app, can alarm code, gate code, and occupancy be on the front / home screen of an order so we do not have to go into full details? Properties in north Scottsdale have spotty coverage, and we have had to drive over a mile away from the site to log into next screen.

This function has been changed and is valuable in the field to remind Clients to sign the agreement as the desktop may not be available. Please re-add this valuable feature.
