When updating an agency within and agent's profile, the drop down box is time consuming and a "search" function would save considerable time.

SMS Alerts
Would love to have new unread SMS messages show up at the top of the browser the same way unscheduled inspections or email events on hold do. Agents assume we see these right away, but if I get busy it could be over an hour before I check them.
