In the Inspection Template Editor, each line has a 'Select Default Rating' section with a dropdown list, allowing only one rating (I, NI, NP, D) to be selected at a time. While the report writer lets you add more ratings, this process becomes tedious, especially when multiple ratings need to be added for each line, and the wait time for each change slows down workflow. I suggest replacing the Default Rating dropdown list with a set of checkboxes. I use the TREC template for my reports, which appears to only allow the four default ratings, but this could benefit non-TREC templates that support more ratings as well. With the TREC template, each line could have the intended rating(s) selected from the start, reducing wait time and letting inspectors focus on their entries.

It would be great that when you click on media in the report writer app and open a picture that has been uploaded that you have the option to click/swipe left or right to navigate through the pictures. Here in Arizona we have several locations where we don't have good cell or internet service where we have to do our reviews on our devices and can't navigate to the report preview because we don't have good service. If we could do the review in offline mode on our devices it would allow us to do the review directly from our device with out using internet connection.

On the TREC Property Inspection Report Form, on page 3 there is a section titled "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INSPECTOR". That section is supposed to be editable where an inspector can add additional comments per TREC. You template does not allow me to add comments to this section. I can only add comments per report. I want the option to add these comments to the actual report writer template so these comments will always show up by default. Please fix this feature.

I would like to be able to reorder the ratings in my template. For example, I added a "satisfactory" rating that I would like to be at the top of the list but I cannot reorder them.

Allow user to adjust the 'size' of the font so more items appear in the 'menu' eg roof type description gives a list - if I can adjust the font size on screen it allows me to see more list items (to avoid having to scroll) - this allows faster input of data and avoids scroll...
