When an online order comes in 99% clients don't add their Agent and 100% don't even know or enters Sellers Agent. So when I gather that info and update it, there should be a trigger with the updated to start the SMS & Email Events for the agents. We should not have to go and hit the button to start them manually. ALSO , this should happen for Buyer, Buyer Agent, Sellers Agent when there is a change to time and date of an inspection or cancellation.

I am sure I am not the only one that is a single person operator. When I am on the road working hourS or personal time I answer my phone and have to take & change orders its really hard when everything is layed out a desk top and you have to scroll sideways and up and down. I know you're going to ask what models . I would like to start with Everything under " INSPECTIONS" then "CALENDAR"

When creating an order either have Fee be a required field before you can actually create the order or default the order to a dollar amount so that the receipt email does not go to customer showing $0 balance due.

Please add the ability to have checkboxes in the agreements to make it interactive and my clients can choose a checkbox where I need a confirmation on their agreement. Example, I would like my clients the option to select a checkbox in my agreements agreeing to not having any ancillary services performed at their inspection.

Almost every day we have to allocate inspectors to zipcodes thay are not assigned to. We don't want customers to be able to do this via the online scheduler however as one inspector lives 4 hours away. The override to manually assign inspectors forces us to delete the zipcode in order to add the inspector and then add the zip code back. Can we just click the override button without having to delete the zip code?

When a new client / agent is added for anything in the system weather it is a quotes, order in back office or by online order and/or even just new contact entry it would be great if the system could immediately send the contact car via VCard standard via email or sms to our phones so we do not have to do export after each event to have that info on our phones which then sync with our eco systems either Mac OS/ IOS/IpadOS or Google This may be easier for ISN to implement than syncing contacts to iCloud or Google Contacts.

We have an ISN for DFW and one for East Texas. When an order is entered in one after hours, but should be eneterd in the other, we have to go back and forth to enter the information in the correct ISN. It is time consuming and inefficient. If we had a "move to East Texas" or " move to DFW " option, it would make scheduling so much easier at the click of a button!!!

Please update the email send system to provide automatic resend of Confirmation and Reminder emails when an inspection date, time or cost changes. Currently, the system requires manually triggering the resend. This does not provide current times and dates to the client or agent and causes missed dates and time, lost pay. If this feature could be turned on or off by each company that would allow those not wanting this feature to turn it off.

It would be great if the property picture from the report writer is displayed as the property picture too. I won't I have to go through all my reports manually to find the one I need
