Limit inspection scheduling by state. We are only licensed in MA but people schedule in RI, NH and NY. There should be something that prohibits that. We will obviously let them know once we see it, but it could be over the weekend for a Monday for instance - it just shouldn't be able to be scheduled.

Problem: Currently, the system only allows services to be assigned to inspectors, but it does not allow further restrictions based on property type (e.g., condos, townhomes, single-family homes). This creates challenges when offices have inspectors in training or with limited scope, as they may unintentionally be assigned inspections they are not ready to handle. Example: Inspector A Desired: Assignable for Resale Residential Inspection, only for Condos Current Limitation: The inspector can be enabled for Resale Residential Inspection, but the system does not allow restricting him from being assigned to townhomes or single-family homes. Suggested Solution: Introduce the ability to apply restrictions at a more detailed level when assigning services to inspectors. For example: Allow selection of property type(s) (e.g., condos, townhomes, single-family homes) within each service. Provide a checkbox or dropdown under inspector assignment settings to specify which property types they are eligible for. This would give offices more control, particularly when rolling out new inspectors gradually.

Problem : Currently, the system does not allow attaching the order number as a clickable link that redirects directly to the order details. This limitation makes it difficult to create templates that help users quickly access the order. Instead, office managers must manually copy the order number and search for it, which slows down their workflow. Example: When sending an email or SMS template that includes an order number, the recipient only sees the plain number (e.g., Order #12345). They then need to manually log in, go to the order search, and type in the number to find it. Suggested Solution : Introduce the option to generate a direct, clickable link for each order that leads straight to the order details page. This link could then be inserted into email templates or SMS messages. Office managers (and other users) would be able to access the order much faster, saving time and improving efficiency.

Hello ISN Team (: We’d like the ability to toggle which Order Form Controls transfer on re-orders (similar to the existing “Show in Order Form / Pricing Summary” options). This would let us carry forward only critical details (Client/BA/LA/Builder/Property Notes) while excluding fields that often change (date/time, inspector, access notes, etc.). Adding this toggle would reduce errors, save time, and improve accuracy in re-orders. Thank you!

Ability to search a specific date range in the tab for Scheduled Inspections. Currently it’s very limited because it only allows you to choose this month last month next month, etc..

To include a way to pause an Inspection indefinitely in the case that we don’t know when it will resume. Could be a week or a few days. That will stop client from receiving texts and emails for the original date. Without having to delete it then enter it all over again in a few days

Office enhancements for multi office accounts.

During the agreement signing process, have the next agreement pop up after signing instead of having to individually open each agreement to sign. Add "Finished" button once all agreements have been signed so that the client knows they are done. Be able to download all agreements at once.

would be nice to be able to add a radon appointment as an action instead of having to open the appointment and edit it to add the radon pick up appointments
