When a new client / agent is added for anything in the system weather it is a quotes, order in back office or by online order and/or even just new contact entry it would be great if the system could immediately send the contact car via VCard standard via email or sms to our phones so we do not have to do export after each event to have that info on our phones which then sync with our eco systems either Mac OS/ IOS/IpadOS or Google This may be easier for ISN to implement than syncing contacts to iCloud or Google Contacts.

We have an ISN for DFW and one for East Texas. When an order is entered in one after hours, but should be eneterd in the other, we have to go back and forth to enter the information in the correct ISN. It is time consuming and inefficient. If we had a "move to East Texas" or " move to DFW " option, it would make scheduling so much easier at the click of a button!!!

Please update the email send system to provide automatic resend of Confirmation and Reminder emails when an inspection date, time or cost changes. Currently, the system requires manually triggering the resend. This does not provide current times and dates to the client or agent and causes missed dates and time, lost pay. If this feature could be turned on or off by each company that would allow those not wanting this feature to turn it off.

It would be great if the property picture from the report writer is displayed as the property picture too. I won't I have to go through all my reports manually to find the one I need

There is no built-in option to display the specific payment type on the invoice. The payment sections on the payment page are hardcoded, meaning support cannot modify them. Proposed Solution: Implement a feature that allows specific electronic payment types to be displayed on invoices instead of the generic "Electronic" label. Consider adding a customizable field within the order form where users can manually enter the payment type. Generate a replacement value from this field so it can be used in invoice templates. Alternative Workaround: A custom control can be created, allowing users to manually input the payment type within the order. This would generate a custom replacement value, which could then be inserted into the invoice template. Request Impact: Improves clarity for users and their clients regarding payment records. Addresses user frustration regarding a perceived loss of functionality. Enhances flexibility in how payment details are displayed on invoices. Please review and consider this feature for a future update. Let us know if additional details are needed.

There is a need to eliminate human error with radon appointments. The current system is not sufficient.

have the online scheduler show who is available and at what time before the client inputs all the information. I have had several complaints where a clients has spent 15 minutes entering data and then nothing was available for their time slot.

For those that provide weekend or after standard business hours services. It would be helpful to have the system calculate a premium fee based on day and/or time.

I need an App that an agent or client can access from their phone, that will give them an accurate price quote for the inspection. I want them to be able to open something on their phone, enter the necessary info... sf, age, distance, foundation type... etc.. and it will generate a price quote. No client info, no address, nothing else. Just this. I have contacted an App guy and they can do this for me for about $2500... But since you already have all the info, is this something you could do?
