NEED LIVE "VIEW REPORT" BUTTON IN TEMPLATE EDITOR: Every time I am working on the report template editor, there is no way to preview the current saved template without creating a "test" report on ISN. There really needs to be a "view report" button in the template editor to see changes in real time and how they look in the final report. Otherwise, I will have to request 100 "test" report on ISN to see changes before using live for a client.

There is no logging when a report is generated and then emailed using the "Business Report Queue Manager", might be good to add something to the sys log so we can track when one is emailed.

I am just getting started with ISN and am in the process of customizing my reports as I do them. I would LOVE the ability to update my report template as I go, and have that template update to the report I am working on.

We no longer can pull one month of data via this report. We have done so for 10 plus years and now cannot due to your server capacity. It is taking much more time for my staff to process payroll when we have to break up this report in increments and can result in possible errors on our commission calculations. The excel sheet is not a good option for us. Please bring back the feature where we can have a date range of 1 month. Thank you, Tim O'Neall, ACI

I would like to suggest a new feature that allows me to log receipts, attach photos, and track expenses within the system. This would make it much easier to manage records and keep track of financial data efficiently.

Would love to see an offline or downloadable software to be able to write reports offline on laptops. Many locations we service have very little to no internet access. We need to be able to use laptops to write in offline mode.

Allowing multiple inspection reports to be uploaded in the file vs uploading one at a time. When you upload attachments, you can upload more than one at a time. This same feature for inspection reports would be really helpful. Also, if there is a setting option that can be created which allows the user to make ALL reports public in ISN rather than just the first report you upload. We currently have to manually make the second report we upload public. Our company uses the report link to send out reports and both reports must be public or else the client/agent cannot view them.

Instead of 1 bedroom and bathroom in one section then after you add a category it places it in the bottom and you have to move it manually it automatically groups it with previous like categories

instead of options dropping away allow me to click multiple options then close out when I click done

A report that shows how many inspections were reordered from an original inspection within a timeframe. This would be used to more easily track the frequency in which repair inspections are used as well as the frequency in which they are used.
