Problem: Currently, the Inspection Earnings Report only allows users to view and download the report within ISN. However, it does not provide an option to send the report directly to an inspector from that same page. If a user wants to share the earnings breakdown with an inspector, they must first download the document and then send it manually through email outside of the report page. Inspectors often need to see why they were paid a specific amount, and having a way to send this directly, similar to an “earnings check stub”, would make the process much more efficient. • Example: A company wants to send each inspector their weekly or monthly earnings summary. Instead of downloading each report manually and sending it through a separate email process, they could quickly select an inspector and send them the earnings statement directly. • Suggested Solution: Add a button or option on the Inspection Earnings Report page that allows the user to: Select an inspector (via dropdown or checkbox). Email the earnings report directly to that inspector or another specified recipient. 3.Optionally include a message field so the sender can add notes. 4.The emailed report could function like a check stub, clearly showing how the earnings were calculated and why the inspector was paid that amount. This enhancement would save time, reduce manual steps, and improve communication with inspectors.

I currently own and operate two WIN Home Inspection franchises, and I would like the ability to see inspection volume separated by territory. When scheduling, I’ve noticed that the system already differentiates under Property Info → Service Performed For. However, I haven’t found a way to collect or export this data into a report or spreadsheet. Having access to inspection counts per franchise territory would be extremely beneficial for me and other multi-territory owners, both for performance tracking and for financial reporting. Ideally, this would be available as a report in the system or exportable to Excel/CSV. Could you let me know if this is currently possible, or if it’s something that can be developed? Add "Inspection time" as a separate export option within the custom report option for Reports/Inspections

Problem: Currently, there is no straightforward way to track referral sources and the revenue generated by each source. Franchise owners have to rely on manual workarounds such as using Client Labels, which is time-consuming, prone to error, and does not provide the full visibility needed to make data-driven business decisions. Example : As a franchise owner, I’d like to know: 1.The referral source for each inspection. 2.The total revenue generated by each referral stream. Right now, I’m forced to manually track this using Client Labels, which does not scale well and creates inefficiencies. Suggested Solution: Enhance the Data Reporting functionality by including Referral Source Tracking. Reports should allow users to: 1.See the referral source associated with each inspection. 2.Aggregate data to show how much revenue each referral stream has brought in over time. 3.Export or filter this information for further analysis. This improvement would give franchise owners better insight into where their business is coming from and empower them to make informed decisions on marketing spend and growth strategies.

Like the widget that is available for the dashboard, you guys should really have an option for year over year inspections per month.... The graph is not user friendly and prioritieze inspection count over year. Last year is more relevant that what I did 5 years ago

Problem Currently, when the Reports feature is enabled in ISN, all reports become available to any user with access. This lack of control can lead to employees viewing sensitive or irrelevant reports that may not apply to their role. It also limits the ability of administrators to tailor access based on job responsibilities. Example For instance, a company may want inspectors to only access the Time Clock report, while restricting access to financial or business performance reports. Since there is no way to control this, all reports are visible once the feature is enabled, creating potential privacy and operational concerns. Suggested Solution Introduce a permission-based system within ISN that allows account administrators to specify which individual reports each user role or specific user can access. This could be managed similarly to existing user permissions, enabling more granular control over report visibility.

Automate sending ONLY insurance reports to insurance agents, but NOT Full report.

I don't understand why, but when I start writing a comment that I pick my phone and I pick my size halfway through writing a comment they exist. The next sentences will change to the default that's in the system for some reason. It would be great if in the settings we could choose what font and what size we want as a default for all the type in our report, regardless of whether it's cut-and-paste, or whether it's generated by AI.

There is a glitch in the report for the upgrade feature report with packages. It is not accurate with what was upgraded.
