While we understand that a lot of things are triggered such as emails when an inspection is marked as completed, there is the possibility of mistakes happening and a report being marked as completed when it really was not. Could there be a "grace" period of 10 minutes where an inspection completion could be reversed? We are human and mistakes happen...

When working on a report, I would like to be able to delete more than one photo at once. Right now, when you want to delete more than one photo (say you update the photos to the wrong spot by accident) you have to delete photos one by one and let the report catch up and load each time. Being able to delete more than one photo at a time would improve efficiency.

It appears that the upload feature for our company logo to go atop the pdf version of the reports does not specify what size we should upload. My logo is long and it looks small and out of place. It would be great to have size and positioning options.

For pre-listing inspections, the seller's agent orders the inspection. It would be nice if they could access this report in their RED.

Problem: The Inspection Earnings Report currently does not provide an option to display GST. The report only shows total amounts, which makes it difficult to determine whether GST is included. As a result, users must manually calculate GST before or after running the report in order to accurately determine payroll for each inspector. Example: When generating the Inspection Earnings Report, the totals shown do not indicate whether GST is included or excluded. For companies that need to calculate inspector payments based on earnings with or without GST, this requires additional manual calculations outside of ISN, increasing the risk of errors and inefficiency. Suggested Solution: Add an option (e.g., a checkbox or toggle) within the Inspection Earnings Report settings that allows users to include or exclude GST in the report breakdown. Ideally, the report should clearly display: 1.Subtotal (before GST) 2.GST amount 3.Total (including GST)

It would be cool to see the Average mortgage interest rate per month so we can see business trends that are relative to interest rates per month and quarter

We are looking at how we can build/export call close ratio based on inspection type

Add "inspection type" to the drop down menu before you "Build Report"

I consult for a number of home inspection companies and I am seeing the same problem in ALL of them. Employees/Client Care team members are manually changing prices during the order creation. Simply adding a security rule isnt acceptable as commercial and other unique properties require pricing adjustments from time to time. The admin overhead to solely manage this isnt reasonable. Being able to run a report weekly by the office manager is how the audit and training should be handled. There needs to be a "Employee Price Adjustments" report : The report should include a date range. Constraints within DB limits, as in, if to large of a date range is selected, force the email feature. The report should allow to select all office staff or an induvial user. The report should be limited to Office Manager and Owner level roles Fields on the report: A. Date & Time of price change B. User name C. OID D. Address E. Original price F. Updated price G. Note, if applicable: As in, is there a note that's less than 5min of the price change. This is probably a significant change if logging is not capturing this change. This is a critical report that lives in MOST industries.
