Is there a way to categorize fees so they are easier to manage when inputting orders? For example, a category for inspection types, ancillary services, standalone inspections, misc fees, discounts.

It would be great if we're able to change the layout or any settings within the payment page. At the moment it is hardcoded

Our company provides 3 unique types of inspections, each has a base fee with an additional square footage fee. The square footage fee is different for each unique test. I.e. one test is $350 base + $1/10 square feet, another test is $250+ $1/15 square feet. Is there any way we can have multiple, unique square footage calculators? Are there any ways create individual calculators for special inspection types.

Afternoon! Our company uses labels to run reports on clients for each year. It would be so awesome if you could make it to where we could toggle those labels and organize them. Once you add a label, you cant move it.

Create a feature for Zip Code Grouping (already available in limited form) to allow for multiple groups (sub-categorization) with color changes. Allow the mapping feature to essentially create zones within a territory. Currently, a Franchise owner must individually group create zone map, clear the cashe and recreate a new group. By allowing zip code sub-categories a franchise can group inspectors into specific groups and develop strategies for managing areas of a franchise. This feature can impact multiple areas of the system: Calendar, Managing Inspections, Online Scheduler, Marketing, Mass Emails, and automated tasks

Enhance the functionality of the "Actions" button located in Inspections → Scheduled Inspections by adding specific, customizable tabs. For example, including a "Create Footprints" option directly in the dropdown menu would allow users to perform this action without needing to open the order. This addition would empower users to handle tasks more effectively, aligning with their specific needs and preferences.

Add a way to submit error reports for system correction. Today, I was working [attempting] to work on State Filtering Agreements. Utilizing the online help function, the instructions go me started but halfway thru step one of the process the instructions did not match the screen in ISN. I also noticed a spelling error on the Agreement that I was working on updating. It would seem that the spelling error could be easily missed as it is an actual word (not highlighted as misspelled). Pet/Insect should be "Pest/Insect". There is no location (or I have not found it yet) to recommend the change.

There are many more postal codes in Canada than you have zip codes in the US, so it makes it impossible to manage and for that we don't have an easy way to use postal codes for specific inspectors. My idea is to use only the first 3-character prefix, rather than the full postal code. "M6S," rather than "M6S 3T1," which could make it more manageable. That said, there are still A LOT of postal codes, even with when limiting it to the 3-character prefix Isolating by city or region would be even better!
