Problem: Currently, the Preview option in the Agreements section does not display changes made to an agreement in real time. Because of this, it is difficult for users who are editing agreements to verify how their updates will appear to clients. This creates confusion and forces users to rely on workarounds instead of using the Preview button as intended. Example: A user updates the address in an agreement, but the Preview continues to show the previous address. The only way to confirm the changes is by creating a new test order and signing it, which defeats the purpose of having a Preview feature. Users expect the Preview button to display the latest version of the agreement immediately. Suggested Solution: Update the Preview functionality so that it reflects edits in real time, or at least refreshes upon saving changes, allowing users to accurately review the current version of the agreement without having to create a new order. This enhancement would significantly improve usability and reduce confusion for users editing agreements.

When we provide access to report writer in user profile, it is necessary to enable the office administrator privilege, allowing inspectors to view company financial data, which is not ideal when working with a large inspection firm.

Even if there are no ZIP code restrictions, you’ll still see the message “You currently have one or more inspectors disabled by restrictions” as long as the mileage radius feature is enabled. Even if the mileage is within range, the message will still appear. Some inspectors find this confusing and would really like to not have this message displayed at all.

Could we please get the ability to sort these the way we want. For example I don't take checks , E-transfers ( Electronic )is our preferred means of payment. So for us I would swap out check and Electronic

In Customize order form, Add section, Edit controls, it would be nice to have a "time it takes field", same as you have in the price per sq feet charts, so that adding a barn inspection would add say 30 minutes to the total inspection time
