One for your calendar, and one for all inspectors, for office managers. Save us some clicks.

Would like to be able to color code calendar events in order to differentiate inspections from other events such as radon drop off, water test, etc. This would allow the user to, at a glance, see what days coming up where there are extra tasks involved so he or she may plan their days accordingly. For me, personally, it would be a timesaver.

it would be really helpful if there was a way that you could look at the calendar and see who has paid and has not. maybe those that need to pay have an outline or a stripe across bottom or something like that. or the ones that have already paid are greyed out a bit?

The ability to limit events being created in ISN without approval if within a certain timeframe. Ex.- We have our inspectors enter all scheduled days off by the 15th of the month prior. There are times when something unforeseen pops up, however, the ability to limit when an event can be added (with approval) would alleviate potential scheduling concerns.

A setting to restrict user from creating a calender event

We look at the inspection schedule screen constantly, and at a quick glance, it has a lot of info, but it would be amazing if we could see the add-on services for each appointment without having to click on each order. For instance, if I go to the inspection schedule and look at this week, it would be really helpful if just from that page, we could also see an icon or a label for each inspection that has some kind of add-on, i.e. sewer scope or radon. Right now, it essentially shows the day/time of the inspection, the address, the names, the price, if its signed/paid. If we had one more column that said which add-ons they have as well, or if there was an option to filter for inspections with specific add-ons, it would really help us keep track of everything and have a better understanding of the big picture of our schedule.

Inspections are often rescheduled or canceled at the last minute. It would be great if we could look at the calendar and see appointments that were scheduled, canceled or deleted - for example - a rescheduled inspection would indicate "Rescheduled to xxx (date)" or "Rescheduled from xxx (date)." Because we schedule so many inspections, it is difficult to keep track if one was to be inadvertently deleted or moved (by clicking or dragging on the calendar appointment). This would also be helpful in reporting.

I request an enhancement to the calender that would significantly improve its flexibility and usability. Currently, when I adjust the time slots available for a specific day (e.g., Monday), the change is applied to all subsequent Mondays. However, there are occasions when I need to make adjustments for a single instance only. For example, if I receive an appointment in the morning that takes just one hour, I’d like the option to temporarily adjust the remaining time slots for that same day (e.g., moving a later time slot to an earlier time). This feature would allow for more dynamic scheduling while maintaining the default availability for future dates. It would be incredibly helpful for accommodating last-minute changes and ensuring efficient use of my time. David
