How many times the report was viewed
Please add a more detailed log that let's me see how many times and the last time my report has been viewed.

Extend link to report termination on a individual basis.
It would be great if we could extend the report link on an individual basis instead of globally. Sometimes a client wants to see the report after a year.

Escrow officer
The escrow option within the order form, specifically the "bill to escrow" checkbox, should trigger the inspection report to be delivered without payment. This can be great as a trigger option for this checkbox.

Make Photos Larger
I keep getting feed back from clients like this one today "Thanks Adam for the report. Would you be able to provide the pictures separately by email for better clarity? The current pictures are too small on the website."

Report delivery options
It would be great if the report delivery options can be custom, as in, if an inspection type does not require payment or signature, we can just go ahead and set that up in the report delivery settings.

Remove Seller's Agent From Report Send Page
Can you please move the option to send the report to the Seller's Agent in the report send page, or provide a default Report Send to whom we would like to show up on that page to send the report? With it being right next to the Buyer's Agent, there is a high chance of room for error by mistakenly sending it to the wrong agent.

Expired report link providing unwanted information
When a client's report link expires, it is providing our inspector's personal email address for them to request the report from. Our inspectors do not correspond with our clients outside of the inspection and we do not provide their work email or personal phone numbers to anyone. I have been advised that I am unable to change this setting and if I enter a new email address, that is where their schedules will be sent at night. It is frustrating to realize after years that this is where our lead inspector's personal email is being provided to clients!

Secondary Client can't be sent the report manually.

Replace This page is temporarily unavailable message for expired Inspection Reports
When a report cannot be viewed, such as when it has expired, a message should be displayed guiding the client to contact the Inspector's office directly at [Inspector Office Number].

Please correct language on report delivery and add Porch settings
Hello. I am a new user to ISN and noticed that when a report is delivered, the link to view the report says 'download', though it is taking you to an online link to view the report. Download is not the correct word. Would you be able to correct that to say 'view report'? There should also be a setting that will allow a user to turn on or off the Porch app. I was not advised that I would be advertising that 3rd party service when I deliver reports through ISN and I have no way to turn that off besides having tech support do that on the back end. That is a deceptive practice and I don't appreciate you selling additional services to my clients without my knowledge and approval.
