In Canada it is illegal for a home inspector to send a report to a Realtor/ Agent. I promote the Share Button that the client has access to after they get the report. It would be awesome if they had another button that was " SEND TO MY AGENT" so they don't have to type in their realtors email address. Just one click and it is done and then there is a record at ISN and the inspector is never in jeopardy of loosing his license.

Buyers section: It would be nice if we could add in a second email address that would send all emails to the buyers. Example: One email address for husband and one for wife. Buyers agent: Would be nice to be able to add in their transaction coordinator so they would both receive the reports and paid invoices. Listing agent: Would be nice to add in a co-listing agents information so both would get any emails sent. Lots of agents have a co-listing agent.

I would like the ability to send or email my reports at a later time and date than when I upload them. I write a lot of my reports late at night and would like the ability to have them automatically send when requested at a later time like the next morning.

And here's another development. This from Homebinder support: "Looks like the reason the agents are not receiving the email [inviting them to order a Repair Pricer report] is because the inspection report is not loading into the binders."

I forgot one more thing, another technical glitch. Tonight neither the client, the agent or I could generate a PDF copy of a report without tech support intervention. A technical issue, but the most recent of many.

I occasionally use excel as a report writer when doing construction draw inspections but ISN does not allow excel files to be emailed. They get corrupted so the client cannot read them. Please consider adding this needed report format

Please add a more detailed log that let's me see how many times and the last time my report has been viewed.

It would be great if we could extend the report link on an individual basis instead of globally. Sometimes a client wants to see the report after a year.

The escrow option within the order form, specifically the "bill to escrow" checkbox, should trigger the inspection report to be delivered without payment. This can be great as a trigger option for this checkbox.

I keep getting feed back from clients like this one today "Thanks Adam for the report. Would you be able to provide the pictures separately by email for better clarity? The current pictures are too small on the website."
