Reporting for email events would be very useful. An option would be to run a report for a specific event to see what OIDs that particular event was sent for etc.

This would be beneficial if we wanted to send emails or sms per territory

ABCHI would like to utilize an email container copier tool to apply containers to various CKs.

It would be nice to have a template for new inspectors to introduce themselves to the community via a list of contacts. This could be a template sent via mass email. The template should have options to include company name photo email website services offered an about me section coverage area etc. I think it would be a great way to introduce yourself to many people at the same time and initiate some sort of communication. Please consider this as a future option. Thank you.

When a scheduled date for inspection changes it would be great to re-set the dates of emails and sms text so they will send again later automatically. It looks like right now the only way to do that is re-order the inspection but that is not easy when there is a payment already made by the customer.

I would like to create a NEW email event that can be configured to retroactively queue itself on PAST jobs that meet the event criteria (e.g. inspection type) but have not yet hit the trigger (e.g. time since inspection completion). I want to create an event that triggers 3 years after the inspection was completed that sends an email to the client to inform them about having a maintenance inspection performed. I would like that event to be queued on all inspections I've performed in the past that meet the event's criteria. I am not talking about a mass email, because I want them out gradually as clients hit their 3 year anniversaries. It also would not queue with jobs that do not meet the criteria or the event has already triggered. I am aware of the potential to make a mistake that queues events on hundreds of clients, but this can be addressed by requiring the user to manually specify this option then wading through a couple layers of warnings and confirmations. It would not flood the system, because it will only queue events that have not yet been triggered.

To avoid the mistake of emailing a report to a listing agent, which in our state is against MLS rules and can lead to huge fines. For most inspectors it is very rare to email a report to a lasting agent. I see that others have voiced the same concern! please address this as a priority

Many times, when I email the Send Report to a client, who has yet to pay for the inspection... I'll send a message: "Hello XXXX, the inspection report is ready to be sent out, please pay for the inspection using the online Credit Card Payment link, so that the report can be released... thank you for the business, Glenn" ... Is there a way to select pre-written messages, so that I don't have to type in the above every time...

Customers are asking for a formal quote. The estimate feature only allows a company to give them essentially in an email, what can be given over the phone. The estimate feature should have a template that can used to give formal quotes that can be emailed to customers.
