It would be nice to have spell check to ensure my templates don't include any typos. If it can be automatic that would be great.

Inspectors in PA are required (by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Environmental Protection) to have a document called RADON DECLARATION OF VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE signed by the Seller prior to doing a radon test at the Seller's property. Since all signable documents are visible by the Buyer on ISN, it is not feasible to make this required document signable and send it to the Seller through ISN. The buyer would see it and that would cause confusion. However, since we cannot do that, we have to pay for Docusign to accomplish this. Based on how many radon tests we do the Docusign account may cost well over $500 per year. It would really help us out if we could just make the document signable and send it directly to the Seller alone. That way we could avoid buying Docusign and we would get the green checkmark alert when the document has been signed by the Seller. That's another layer of convenience for us. It would be helpful to have a toggle or setting in the Order Information section that hides email events when no recipients are assigned. This would help keep the Email Events section cleaner and more organized, reducing unnecessary clutter when no emails are scheduled to be sent.

I would like to request an improvement to the email sending process in ISN. (The main 'Send Email' option in the main menu) Currently, sending emails manually requires users to select a container, even though templates are already configured with a container upon creation. It would be much more user-friendly if users could simply click on the template to send it, without having to choose a container. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the system could auto-fill the email recipient field based on the template settings, further streamlining the process. If possible, I would also like to suggest adding a feature where users can enter an order ID in case the email template has replacement values that need to be populated.

Hi - Could we have a replacement value for the "lockbox code"? It would be nice to be able to put this in the email to vendors when available.

It would be most helpful to have the ability to send an email template to an agent, for example, outside of an Order, with Replacement Values which actually fill in.

We have ISN set to automatically send paid invoices. We have jobs with no fee's sometimes and they still receive paid invoices. This is very confusing to agents and clients.

My company sends email templates manually very often and when we click on Actions>Send email template the list of templates in the template dropdown is huge. I want the option to filter and choose what templates I need in that dropdown instead of having to delete the actual template under Email>Email events to clean it up

I would like to be able to send inspection agreement for a pre listing limited inspection to the seller (home owner) and send the payment request to the listing agent. In my area that is something that many of the listing agents would like to do but right now I am limited to billing the home owner. Is there a way to do this?
