It would be greatly appreciated if you could allow us to edit the "Contact Greenworks" or the contact number for support and the bottom number thats just shows our number and not make it change our entire systems number. We have a direct realtor line in our company and an entire department dedicated to handling our realtors and we like for them to call in on a specific number that way the appropriate person takes care of them instead of our main line. It would be greatly appreciated to be able to edit this contact info for our realtors so they can instantly reach the correct department. Would be greatly appreciated!

I want the agent to be able to update client info even after the inspection.

When viewing inspections on agent dash board it does not show year in the date. Please add the year.

Allow the assignment of set Agent Teams list under a specific Transaction Coordinator, instead of having to add each agent at a time to a Transaction Coordinator profile.

Keeping the Cancelled Inspections in the list would allow us to see the Inspection with all of our other ones. Oftentimes, we've still got emails we'd like to send out or even EARLY CANCELLATION FEES associated with the Inspection. At times, we also have RADON Testing that was performed before the Inspection was cancelled & still needs to be CHARGED and INVOICED for. Also, when an inspection gets RE-SCHEDULED, we could scroll down to see when it was initally in scheduled.

currently when an agent that has the app goes to her view she can see all the reports associated with her name even those where she was a listing agent on. This is a HUGE problem as Listing Agents do not want to see reports on the houses they are listing for disclosure reasons. Please distinguish between the 2 agents so agents only see those reports where they were the Buyer Agent.

We already track how many inspections are created on our Online Scheduler. We'd also like to know how many are created by agents via their RED.

I would like to have it so the attorney who refer me can use the real estate dashboard. Pro argument would be that we should make it easy for anyone who refers multiple inspections to us. I have mortgage brokers who require FHA certifications and attorneys who refer business. I can add them as a buyers agent, but then they are listed there in place of the buyers agents.

Some clients are investors and would like to schedule without a realtor. I have attorneys who want to set up FHA inspections. 203K inspections from the clients. Mortgage brokers for FHA certifications. Plus it provides a way for them to see the report from our app. Just a thought.

Add a share button to the RED so agents could share the RED with other prospects or pros. It could be like the "agent capture" feature but different and make it super easy for agents to refer me, just me. Other inspectors would be left out in the cold because this is my idea. LOL!
