Feature Suggestion: Add an easier way to mass select or deselect 'Send SMS Events' within an agent profile. Thought of a easier place to have it, maybe on the Agent Grid so inspectors can select or deselect SMS without having to open each agent profile

Can you add a place to enter client's and agent's birthdays, so it can send out an automated "happy birthday" email.

Have a option where you can request the code for entry from the listing agent or from the buyers agent within ISN

can you suggest that it would be very helpful, especially to your larger users, to have an easy way to mark retired agents. there is a lot of turnover, and I am sure that we are not the only company that would benefit.

I want to be able to download all of my agents and clients contact information to my Google Contacts so I don't need to open ISN on my phone to find someone if I haven't added them manually to my phone.

Please make the 2nd client contact information available. They should receive the same texts and emails with the 1st client. When sending an email template I have to manually paste the 2nd email address. When sending a text template, it isn't able to link to the order (agreement link for example). Thank you!

On the Add Agent page... how about moving the 'Mobile' phone number block... under the 'Email' block on the left column... so that all the pertinent Relator info is grouped... Name, Email, Phone, Website, Agency...

On the Add Agent page... how about another 'Add Agent' button to the right of the Photo block, so we don't have to keep scrolling down to the bottom of the page when I have to update and email or phone number only... I'm wearing out my mouse scroll wheel... thanks, Glenn

Definitely need to add this feature. I am also confused by the inclusion of insurance agents. In NY attorneys are a Big part of the transaction and refer alot.
