There are quite a few fields in the agent profiles that nobody uses. I would like to have them change to Social Media profiles. Have also a field that marks the agent as a VIP agent. Flag agent for a follow up call.

Agent and Client tab on the order form is out of date. I would like to be able to choose which fields show up for me to fill in. It's so out of date. Fax? who uses faxing any more. Also Website? Our clients don't have websites.And we don't categorize our clients. My point is that there are too many fields. I'm trying to make it easily readable.

I know you can add these items and make it work, but can't you just make another tab or have an additional area to have 2 persons? There are several incidences where there are transaction coordinators that need to be added to the email address and the agent wants to keep informed as well. There are people out there that buy homes that are unmarried and have different first & last names. I think this is an improvement that is long overdue.

It would be great to have a drop down box in the agents' as well as the clients' profiles. With many people preferring not to take a phone all, not checking emails, etc etc, it would be a great time saver if we know the best most direct way to contact people. This is best kept within their profiles. Dropdown options would be: -- (for nothing entered or no preference) Text/SMS Phone Email No Preference

Add under "Clients" last inspection date, display a column with the last date of the inspection completed. Column configuration has a very limited number of options. Please add the last completed inspection date to it. I also recommended to be added to the clients reports as there is no way to do this other than by custom reports. I am not meaning to use this using excel. The intent is to be able to open clients and organize it by date of inspection completed in ISN. Thank you

Feature Request: 'Send SMS' checkbox prompt for new clients, many inspectors forget to check the box before scheduling the inspection so SMS events don't send out for the order.

Just like we get a notification if we have inspected the property before, it would be very helpful if the inspector is notified that this is a repeat client. That way we don't turn up to the inspection looking stupid that we don't remember this person

As we were training in ISN (Mass Emails), I was searching for Veteran specific templates. There were none (zero) templates. We have Veteran Holidays (Veteran's Day, Memorial Day, Service Birthdays) Key Dates (Army vs Navy Football Game = "America's Game") Development of Packages (Veterans - verified by use of VA Loan (Home Loan Certificate) - I could develop a Veteran Inspection Package that includes all of the Inspection Services that are required for the VA or other Loan Requirements. This applies to multiple categories

Identify Clients and Agents which are veterans (similar to birthdays). If you know the client or agent birthday you select the check box (and enter the DOB). For a Veteran you can check the box and the select the service. Possibly (Active Duty, Reserve/National Guard or retired). This information can be used for many items (Develop Veteran Packages; Emails; Recognition of Dates, Events, Holidays). Simply having the ability to identify and then ultimately search you date for Veterans.. the rest is limitless.
