This has two parts. There is a scheduling option for inspections but I would love an option to schedule presentations for the marketing people. This schedule system would need to include the following: The presenter Their presentation topic/name The date/time the location/office A checkbox/section to put if lunch/snacks are included A box were you can put how many people said they will be attending A box that says how many actually attended. For the second thing I would love these to be included on the calendar for our marketing people just like they are for the inspectors. I just want them to show up like an inspection but not be counted in for monetary totals.

The only segment options for mass mail to clients are currently determined by inspection date (last 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 months). ISN should also include segmenting options by 'last name', 'zip code', 'inspection type/service'

ISN is currently lacking a way to send emails that grab attention. Thinking along the lines of Mail Chimp and Square.. It would be nice to have that built in, or even a partnership with one of those companies so that we wouldn't have to export our client's information just to send marketing emails that both look nice and work.

The functionality to develop marketing pieces or at least print/save .pdfs inside the email program to streamline process and give more marketing power to the program.
