We need to be upload "attachments" to ISN orders from the native mobile app, not just "reports". Another basic function that's supported in the old web app, but apparently not available on the native mobile app.

We need to be able to accept payments, mark ISN order as paid from mobile app ASAP (cash, check, credit card). This is a basic feature that should be a priority if ISN would like users to move to the native app.

Hello. Thank you for corresponding with me regarding features. A great shortcut could be voice-to-comment feature. The voice-to-section feature works very well but if I could call out a comment once in a section it could save scrolling time. If it was an option I could call out comment names like "Nail Pops" or "Double Taps" or "Slab Crack, Minor". Currently, as I add more comments they are harder to find. Just an idea, thanks!!

Hello, I noticed while using the app that I'm unable to use the "column Buttons" on my mobile phone to take pictures. This would be a very useful feature in that it allows me to use the volume slide button(on android phones) as shutter button. Using the device this way gives me a much more secure and comfortable grip on it as opposed to tapping the touch screen shutter button. Thanks!! - Kurt

The ISN APP is subpar at best. From the initial login is a Pia- biometrics doesnt work (works fine with every other app) nor does it auto populate login credentials on iphone, yet logs out all the time. This is annoying because when i need the app I dont need to waste time trying to log in. Once in, the inspection i am looking for is a PIA to find. Too many steps to locate an inspection, especially if there are multiple for one day. No contact info for the sellers agent- come on. when this is needed it is because i NEED them ASAP and it is a PIA to locate their contact info. I have said this stuff last year already and do not see any changes. Tell Porch to go pound sand and focus on why I pay for your services

Tried to use the new app and here are my thoughts: -Can't cut and past an address from the order, can on mobile. Likely, can't cut/paste anything! -No mapit now feature for the day's inspections. Can map one, but can't cut/paste an address from another order! The mobile app mapit now function is broken, incidentally. Please fix. -No ability to call the buyer's agent or listing agent from the order! Could do both on mobile. My chat buddy suggested I go to the People icon and search! Ridiculous! What if I can't remember the agent and I'm sitting at a gated community without a code!?! Seems users weren't consulted on the design and functionality of the new app.

I always forget to input the mileage info while I am in the office. Having the ability to manage the mileage on the mobile app, while I am sitting in the car would be helpful.

When a real estate agent calls me and I am on the road I would like to look at my mobile app and be able to quickly tell which time slots I have available, which are fully booked and which have an unscheduled inspection holding that slot. Agents regularly ask me what my availability is over the next week. I would like something that is easily viewable by week for each team if possible.

When creating a new order, the system provides three options. The second option, currently labeled 'Ancillary Service,' should be renamed to 'Additional Appointments.' This change is necessary because it's linked to that specific feature in the order form, and calling it 'Ancillary Service' can be confusing for clients. It might lead them to believe they'll see their own ancillary services registered by them.

Make is possible, in the ISN Native App, for users of multi-office ISNs to be able to switch between, and view, all offices within their ISN.
