Suggest being able to change the way the inspection & service "upgrade" options are displayed to clients? E.g. different colors and/or fonts to make this stand out more? Or have the dropdown automatically expanded to show options? Or a separate page / screen showing all possible upgrades prior to the signature link?

I would like the ability to copy and duplicate upgrades. I have many upgrade choices that would be duplicated with only a change in the original inspection type. the ability to copy or duplicate would save me a ton of time

The current designation for opting-in to additional services when signing an agreement states, "Your inspections is eligible for an upgrade." This needs flexibility. "Upgrade" sounds like a frequent flier mileage option, not something related to home inspections. Also, to be "eligible" is erroneous since the very scheduling of an inspection makes all inspections "eligible." We're looking at reminding clients that there are additional services (i.e., radon) that they may not have considered, but would be important. Either the terminology should better reflect the home inspection process, or we need to have flexibility in how it is stated in the "Upgrade" option to clients. Right now, the wording does not correspond with the inspection process.

I would appreciate greater flexibility in creating upgrades. First, pricing flexibility - the current upgrade setup assumes that all upgrade services offered are a flat rate, yet most of our upgrade services rely on SF or other feature to determine a price (such as WDO or WDI, etc.). Many of the services I would like to offer as upgrades are eliminated because we need a flexible pricing method. Second, inspector flexibility - not all inspectors can perform all upgrade services. Would be nice if upgrades were offered or not offered based on the inspector that the appointment is scheduled with. Thanks!

It would be great if we could add Inspection Type Upgrades that would pull the cost of the fee in from ISN. Right now you can only sell them on a flat rate which doesn't work the way our company is set up. Some items are sold based off sf or the number of HVAC units.

Change COLOR...do not make it look like part of the main website. make it eyechatching in color and size of font and any fill in/background color can it be a page before it gets to the agreement where the question: Do you want to upgrade your inspection to any of these services? ( show list of upgrades available for them to choose to add to their inspection CART. below that can be a button at the bottom that say "no thanks"

Quite often the call center will get a call from the buyer or their agent wanting to add an additional service such as termites or sewer scope after the order has been done and the initial emails have already been sent. They often do not remember to manually send out the affected emails and then the added vendor never gets notified. Once another recipient and service is added, then the appropriate emails should go out automatically.

It would be great, when a client adds and upgrade, that it auto adds the fee to the order. Even more beneficial if it also added the additional inspectors (associated w/ancillary service) to the order.
